ECO GUARDIAN RETURN POLICY

At Eco Guardian, we are committed to providing high-quality, sustainable products. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we’re here to support our customers through a clear and fair returns process. 

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

Eco Guardian accepts product returns and issues credits or refunds only for the following reasons

  • Products damaged in transit 
  • Valid quality issues or defects 
  • Mis-shipped items (wrong product or quantity) 

Please note: Products cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse, excess inventory, or after the allowable notification period. 

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT

To initiate a return, customers must first request an Eco Guardian Return Authorization Number (RA) by contacting us via the form at the bottom of this page. 

A return request without a valid RA number will not be accepted. 

 

RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAMES

Return authorizations must be requested within the following timeframes: 

  • Damage in transit: within 5 business days of delivery 
  • Quality issues or defects: within 14 business days of delivery 
  • Mis-shipments: within 7 business days of delivery 

Requests received after these periods may not be eligible for return or refund. 

 

RETURN APPROVAL

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. Each claim will be reviewed individually to verify the issue. If the return is approved: 

  • An RA number will be issued 
  • Instructions for returning the product will be provided 
  • A refund or store credit will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items 

 

CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS

All returned products must be: 

  • Unused and in their original packaging (unless damaged or defective) 
  • Accompanied by the RA number 
  • Returned using a trackable shipping method (unless otherwise instructed) 

Products returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or credit. 

 

REFUND METHOD AND PROCESSING TIME

If a return is approved, Eco Guardian will issue: 

  • A full or partial refund to the original payment method 
  • Or, at the customer’s request, a store credit 

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
