At Eco Guardian, we are committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable food packaging products with care and consistent quality, the first time and everytime. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and safety, we can only accept returns under specific conditions outlined below. 

 

General Returns Policy

Because our products are used for food service and packaging, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than items that arrive damaged. 

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. To ensure we can resolve the issue quickly: 

  • You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the damaged shipment. 
  • Please call our Customer Service team at (905) 235-4015 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). 
  • We may request photos of the damaged items and packaging for verification purposes. 
  • Once approved, we will offer either a replacement of the damaged item(s) or a credit to your account, based on your preference and product availability. 

 

Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 
  • Return Authorizations are valid only for the items and quantities specified at the time of approval. 
  • All return claims must be initiated by phone to ensure timely processing.
