Eco Guardian will evaluate and only accepted product returns and grant credits or refunds for valid quality, damage-in-transit or mis-ship product claims as outlined in this policy.
- To receive a credit for a returned product, a customer must request an Eco Guardian Return Authorization Number (RA) by email as provided below.
- Return authorizations need to be requested within the appropriate notification period for each return type. Requesting a return authorization does not guarantee that Eco Guardian will accept the return or issue a credit.
