Role overview
As a Machine Operator at Eco Guardian you support safe and efficient production of sustainable packaging products by setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to SOPs
- Complete quality checks and record results in line with QA standards
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to maintenance
- Follow safety, 5S, and housekeeping procedures
- Work collaboratively with shift leads and logistics for changeovers
- Maintain accurate production logs
Qualifications
- 1+ year in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (assets: extrusion, forming, converting)
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable using measurement tools and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Forklift licence an asset (not required for this test)

- Shifts: Day/Afternoon/Night rotation (sample for testing)
- Employment type: Full time (sample)
